Static Stretch (3 minutes per stretch - hip flexors/quads, Soleus, Hip Lateral Rotators)

Dynamic Warmup - Made 4 new warm ups. Trying to get a video of each during spring break. Took me 15 minutes

220 x 3 - First time back and I'm almost at my all time bests, no belt. All felt light.

Dumbbell Press SS w/band fallout 2 x 12-15
60lbs x 5
80lbs x 5
100lbs x 20 - I need more weight, definitely a new best

Total Kcal - 4500 heyooo! This has been normal for me lately. Weight around 175 still
