Deload week. I trained today(sunday) because I wanted to be able to study for my practical on tuesday. Felt pretty good. Sunny day but cold outside still.

Probably going to cook up some grass fed beef burgers tonight w/avocado mushrooms cheese, the works. Top it off with some home made sweet tater fries.
