Didn't feel good. technique wasn't there, strength was missing. Last couple weeks have been ridiculous training wise. Need to take it easy next few weeks. Do what I need to do and go.

225 x 30 - Don't ask me why I did so many. Trying the wendler 5-3-1 program. I've done 20 reppers with 225 in the past. Really wanted to beat 20. Mission accomplished.
