AM: "Cindy" - first timer here. I'm pretty terrible at the squats and pushups. Very humbling workout
22 rounds + 5 pullups + 10 pushups - gotta bring this up! These extra workouts each week will be focusing on weaknesses

thought I was going faster. Finished in 4:12. Pretty disappointed with my work today but I was grinding! I've got some work to do fo sho
