Well, went back to the good old Annex for some nostalgic training today. Mickey agreed to a nice rounds of overhead squats and runnings, always a fine time
Overhead squat (95lbs) x 15 / run 400m
4 rounds for time
I got 8:25, Mickey got 8:35. We were moving, I was pretty happy with my squatting considering Im usually terrible at them. I wasn't happy with my running, Need to improve here. The run was uphil and downhill though.
