255 x 1 - weights felt heavy today. I wanted 270 x 5-6 and knew it wasn't happening. better off bagging it and saving it for later! Overhead squats suck!
Since I did so badly on the bench, probably because my shoulders were shot from the overhead squat I decided to do an exercise that didn't tax my shoulders very much.
Standing Military press - perfect.

Looking at the bold writing in this post makes me realize I only did one important thing in the gym today, awesome! Usually do pullups today but Joe promised me pullup mega death tomorrow so I'll withhold.
