Tons of sets ripped the crap out of my hands.
Ring Hanging L-sit to front lever 3 x 3-5
Ring Front lever 2 x 5 - 1 second holds.
WOD - 275 Deadlift x 5 / 10 handstand pushups / 20 double unders
As Many Round As Possible 12 minutes (AMRAP 12 min.)
I finished 7 rounds, 4 pushups short of 8 rounds. handstand pushups were the definite weakness here. Double unders were easy. Dead lift was challenging but didn't slow me down at all.
