400m run, 21 - 55lb swings, 12 pullups (i used rings)
8:18 - wanted faster but this wasn't bad. I need to get my running faster. Swings were ez. My last set of pullups was 6, 3, 3. Regular pullups would definitely be easier. not bad but not where I need to be!
