Trained today on about 2 and a half hours sleep. Spent last night in the emergency room. Don't worry, everyone's ok. Took about a 45 minute nap today at the library, drooled all over the desk. Had about a half cup of coffee, was just enough to get me moving.

Bench Press / Rope climbs - rope is 15' up, started every rep with my butt on the ground. No legs on all sets but last 2 when practicing my technique

Surprised with the benching since I didn't sleep last night, weights are going up, pretty pumped. Monday's workout sucked I wonder why. The past two days have been great. I think it may have been the drinking and partying saturday night. But I do fear that if I'm not dancing like a madman at the bar, no one else is out there picking up the slack.
Oh ya, Mike push jerked 200lbs the other day, pretty awesome.
