3 x 200' - felt pretty beat after this. Been some time since I did some higher rep work on the events. Definitely feeling it.
7:30am - 1/2 shake
2 cups whole milk
1 cup shredded coconut
4 TBSP red palm oil
6 chicken drumsticks
3:00 - other half of shake
5:00pm - 20g BCAA and water
2 sweet potatos and butter

Still managing 4500-5000kcal/day. Feeling pretty good and some solid weight is starting to stick.
