I'm in rhode island at a friend's beach house. The weather is great and I'm a nut because I brought rings, a jump rope, a barbell and 100lbs of weights on the trip.
AM: Ring Muscle up skill work. Couple sets of 3, working on speed and technique
10 Barbell thrusters @ 95lbs / 10 ring dips - 10 rounds for time.
15:25 - Mikko Salo did 9:55 but did ring pushups instead of dips. I did Cindy earlier in the week so wanted to add in dips instead. Shoulders were about to blow off my arms.
