225 x 9 in 60 sec. hate this freaking exercise, don't know why I suck so much at doing these correctly.
Tweaked my rt. knee a bit on the tuck jump. Not bad at all. Deload next week anyway.

Dunno what I'll eat tonight. If steph didnt make anything then itll be the same as lunch!
