2/7 and 2/8


Been stretching every day now at lunch. Feeling good and getting pretty flexible. Staying injury free baby. Have a stretch club going on with my fellow physical therapists at school. We're so cool!


Dynamic warmup

Axle Clean and Jerk (Clean once)
worked up to 225 x 4 - had some in the tank first time doing this in a while. It will go up I'm sure.

trained for the first time with vibram five fingers and they're awesome. Everything went awesome except I couldn't feel my little toes afterwards. Yes!

SS w/tuck jumps x 10

Farmers. Only have 20 ft to walk so I worked up to 265 and did as many walk/drop/turn around/repick and go back where I came from in 60 seconds. Got 5, so thats 5 picks and 100ft' walked in 60 seconds.

Farmers Shrugs 3 x 25 @250lbs

SS w/Band Fallouts 3 x 10 - getting better at these.
