Max Effort Lower - week one high volume

Dynamic warmup

14" rack pull 3 x 5, 2 x 7 - didn't work out so perfectly
135 x 5
225 x 5
315 x 5
365 x 5
405 x 5
435 x 5
455 x 5 belt on
475 x 7 belt on
505 x 5 belt on wanted another set beltless for 7 @ 435, but that wasn't happening!

Pistols 3 x 8
Lots of warmups
10lbs x 8
35 x 8
65 x 6/leg - chains were very awkward. Opposite quad was cramping hard.

SS w/Half Kneeling chop 3 x 10 @ 30lbs.

Focus mitt work about 30 min afterwards with matt, good fun.
