235 x 7 - Big PR - really surprised how fast my axle press came back. That's a new best for sure.
1h Dumbbell clean and press

135 x 3right, 4 left - new PR but i think i was better at this in the past. Looking forward to some big new bests in the future.
Yoke Squat - I hate squats - 12" pick in case I decide to do NJ strongest man.
