20 Min. AMRAP - as many rounds as possible
18 rounds and 2 muscleups - Not bad, first time doing this. Pretty pumped with my deadlifting. Looking forward to a lot of future progress. Didn't think I was going to fair as well as I did. Steve got a strong 13 with banged up shoulders. Strong training day.
