4 x 100m runs. Was hitting these between 12 and 13 seconds. Wanted to get an idea of where I wanted to be in the 400.
400 m x 1 - 58 seconds. Slower then in college. Could not maintain my speed toward the back 150 meters. Form fell apart too. Couldn't keep my hips under me and started running with a big lordosis. I'll be improving here in time. I'd love to get my 400 under 54 seconds.
