think I'm slowly getting better at this. It seems that most crossfitters don't do a ton of track work. I love it, and hate it...

4 x repeat 400s. 30 sec. rest between sets.

Third set sucked, I really could have pushed harder here. I want to be able to run 1:15 laps during WODs. That's all!
