Normally start with push jerks but my trying to let my foot heal still so I subbed in Low Cable Split stance press

Neutral Grip Weighted Pullup

75 x 8
100 x 7 - PR
90 x 6

Weighted Dips
BW x 5, 5
25 x 8
45 x 8
70 x 8
90 x 8
105 x 8
115 x 6 - Not sure if this is a new best. First time doing these in a long while.

Black Burns (Y, T, U, W, V) x 15sec. / position 3 sets at 5lbs, 5lbs, 7.5lbs
